The order of things

  1. Open an account — Account, sign-in and password.
  2. Fill in your company profile — you need it to post an RFQ. Company profile.
  3. Verify your mobile (WhatsApp) and card to earn badges — Buyer badges and verification.
  4. Find products and suppliers — Find products and check suppliers.
  5. Send an order request from your cart, or post an RFQ — Order requests, Post an RFQ.
  6. Compare quotations and accept one — Quotations. Accepting creates an order.
  7. Follow your orders and shipments, and pay into funds holds — Orders, Funds holds.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Do I pay any fee as a buyer?
Exportain charges buyers no plan or membership fee. For a funds hold you pay only the hold amount itself.
