Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Can I accept quotations from two suppliers at once?
No. An RFQ can be awarded only once. Post separate RFQs for separate quantities.
Is money taken when I accept?
No. Accepting creates an order. The payment terms are in the quotation's Payment terms; the supplier may ask for a funds hold so the money is held on Exportain.
