Company profile

Company name, country, city, address, registration number — what you need to post an RFQ, and what to fill in for the Business Verified badge.

Why you need it

An RFQ is published by a company, not a person — so the supplier knows who they are quoting. Without a company profile the RFQ page shows Create your company profile to continue.

How to fill it in

  1. Open Company Profile in the left menu (if you are new, the heading is Create Your Company Profile).
  2. Required: Company Name, Country, City.
  3. Optional but needed for the badge: Address (full address), Registration Number (registration or trade licence number), Website or Company email.
  4. Optional: Tax ID, Description.
  5. Press Create Company Profile (new) or Save Changes.

Team members

The Team Members section lists the other members of your company. There is no way yet to add new members from the buyer portal.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

I signed up with Google and have no company.
That is normal. Add your company on the Company Profile page with Create Company Profile.
