The three verification tasks (Verification Center)
- Email Address — done automatically when you register or sign in with Google (Verified at sign-up).
- Mobile number (WhatsApp) — enter your number and type in the code that arrives on WhatsApp. The steps: Verify email, mobile and WhatsApp.
- Payment card — Verify a payment card: Stripe checks the card with your bank for $0. Nothing is charged. If you remove the card, the badge goes too.
The eight badges

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Is money taken to verify my card?
No. Stripe verifies it for $0; nothing is charged.
I verified my mobile by SMS — why did Business Verified go away?
For buyers, only mobile verification on WhatsApp counts now. Verify on WhatsApp and the badge will come back.
