Searching for products
- Open exportain.com and type the product name in the search at the top, or browse the categories.
- On the product page, check the price (by quantity), MOQ, lead time, loading port, specifications and the supplier's details.
- Every product on Exportain shows a price: suppliers cannot publish a product without one. An older listing may still show Price on request until the supplier updates it — ask for the price with a request or an RFQ.
What supplier badges mean
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Exportain Verified | Exportain has verified the supplier's identity, phone, email and business registration |
| Export Verified | The supplier's Export Registration Certificate (ERC) has been verified |
| Factory Verified | Exportain has seen photos of the manufacturer's factory |
| Trading Company Verified | Exportain has seen photos of the trading company's office or warehouse |
| Trusted Trader | Has completed orders on Exportain without disputes |
What you can do on a product page
- Add to cart — put several products in your cart and send the supplier an order request. See Order requests.
- Request quote — an RFQ to the supplier for this product. See Post an RFQ.
- Contact — ask the supplier a question.
- Heart icon (Save) — save the product or supplier; you will find it later in Saved Items in the buyer portal.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Is a Gold supplier more trustworthy?
No. Gold/Platinum is only a paid plan. Look at the trust badges for trustworthiness.
