The order list

When you accept a quotation, the order appears in My Orders. The tabs are Active and Completed. Each row shows the order number, supplier, value, status and shipment (Not booked if not booked yet).

Shipment and timeline

  1. Press the order number.
  2. The Shipment section shows the steps: Booked → Departed → In transit → Arrived at destination → Import customs clearance → Delivered; with the carrier, tracking/B/L number, and estimated and actual dates.
  3. Tracking timeline lists every update the supplier added, newest first.

If the supplier has not booked the shipment it says The supplier has not booked the shipment yet. As each shipment step is marked, the order's status changes too.

When an order is completed

  • With funds holds: the order completes on its own once you Mark trade complete on every open hold and the confirmed + refunded holds together cover the full value.
  • Otherwise an Exportain admin marks it complete. Only orders confirmed by an admin count towards the Frequent/Verified/Trusted Buyer badges.
