Viewing and accepting offers
- Open Service Offers. Each offer shows the service, what is included, the Service amount, VAT and Total you pay.
- An open offer says Awaiting your decision. Press Accept this offer.
- Accepting creates a service order, and your company commits to paying the price.
Payment and finishing the work
- In Service Orders the order says Accepted — awaiting payment. Press Pay online — the order value is charged to your card and Exportain holds the money.
- The status is Paid — Exportain is holding the money. The provider has not been paid yet.
- When the provider says the work is done: Provider says the work is done.
- If it is all right, press Confirm the work is done → Yes — release the money. This starts sending the money to the provider — it cannot be reversed and no dispute can be opened after that.
- If the work is not done properly, press Dispute — the work is not done → Open a dispute.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
When does the provider get paid?
After you confirm the work is done, or when an admin decides a dispute. Exportain staff send the money and record it.
