Prices and limits on the portal's Membership & Plans page are always current; if anything differs, go by the portal.

  1. 1. Current plan — the plan you are on now.
  2. 2. Upgrade to Gold — 30 products, unlimited RFQ answers, 2 team members.
  3. 3. Upgrade to Platinum — 60 products, 10 team members.
  4. 4. Billing — payment happens on Stripe's secure checkout page; Exportain never sees your card details.

Buying or changing a plan

  1. Open Membership & Plans.
  2. Press Upgrade to Gold or Upgrade to Platinum on the plan you want (Switch to … if you already have a paid plan).
  3. When you switch, you first see what you pay today (with credit for unused days) — nothing is charged yet.
  4. Pay by card on Stripe's secure checkout page.
  5. When you come back, the plan changes once Exportain has confirmed the payment. The page says so — don't pay again.

Cancelling the subscription

  1. Membership & Plans → Cancel subscription.
  2. You are shown what will change and asked to confirm. It takes effect immediately and the Free plan's limits apply.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Will Platinum put me higher in search?
No. A plan does not change product order or ranking.
Will my products be deleted if I cancel?
No. Products above the limit are archived, not deleted.
