How many service listings, how much commission, how many lead answers and team members on each plan; what happens when the free period ends.

- 1. Current plan — the plan you are on now.
- 2. Commission — the share Exportain keeps on each sale (5% on Free).
- 3. Subscribe to Gold — 10 listings, 2% commission, unlimited lead answers.
- 4. Your free period — how many days of the free period are left and when it ends.
When the 90-day free period ends
- 90 days from the day you open the account. Emails come 14, 7 and 1 days before it ends.
- When it ends your services are removed from the public directory. Nothing is deleted — your sign-in, listings, leads, messages and orders all stay; commission on running orders doesn't change.
- Take Gold or Platinum and the listing shows again.
Buying, changing and cancelling a plan
- Open Membership & Plans — it shows your current plan and this month's usage.
- Press the button on the plan you want. When switching, you first see what you pay today; nothing is charged yet.
- Pay by card on Stripe's secure checkout.
- If a payment is due, a Payment outstanding message shows.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Will my data be deleted when the free period ends?
No. You are only removed from the public directory. Take a paid plan and you show again.
Will Platinum put me higher in search?
No. A plan doesn't change the directory's order.
