Keep your account safe

Use a strong password (at least 8 characters; don't reuse a password from another site).
Never tell anyone a code that comes by email — Exportain staff will never ask for your code or password either.
If you get an email notice about a sign-in you don't recognise, change your password at once (with Forgot?) and tell support@exportain.com.
Sign out when you finish on a shared computer — the sign-in does not end on its own.
When a staff member leaves, remove them from Team.

Exportain's real addresses: exportain.com, buyer.exportain.com, seller.exportain.com, provider.exportain.com, docs.exportain.com. Don't enter your password on any other address.
Be careful if anyone asks for "advance money" outside the portal or for payment into a personal account. Use a funds hold to keep a product order's money held on Exportain.
If you see anything suspicious, tell support@exportain.com.

NID/passport, selfie, trade licence, bank proof and dispute evidence are kept private. Only authorised Exportain reviewers see them.
You can open your company's submitted documents yourself from the portal; the link is made for a short time and for you only.
Suppliers never see a buyer's Company email.
Only Exportain reviewers see certificate numbers.

Does Exportain phone people and ask for codes?

No. If anyone asks for a code or password, don't give it, and tell support@exportain.com.
