What to write for a quick answer
- Write from the email your account was opened with.
- Which portal (buyer/seller/provider) and which page.
- The order number, RFQ title or dispute number, if you have one.
- Which message the screen shows — write it word for word or send a screenshot.
- Never send a password or code.
